About us
Fibreglass Flat Roofs
As fibreglass is now the preferred choice of flat roof covering it might be in your interest to familiarise yourself with it if you haven’t already done so.
Cure-it Products
We are the main distributors for Cure-it products in Ireland. Cure-it are recognised as the UK’s leading GRP flat roofing materials manufacturer and their materials come with a 20 year guarantee. The cost of materials to cover a square metre is approx €11 +vat.
Note: Guarantees are only valid when installed by a qualified installer.
Why use Cure-it when there are plenty other resins around?
The main reason, in our opinion, is because Cure-It uses Duraflex Technology which means their roofing resins and topcoats are specially designed for roofing, allowing for superior flexibility and bonding. In other words they allow for expansion and contraction unlike other companies who sometimes use marine resins or substandard resins, meaning eventual cracks. They are the only manufacturing company of GRP products in the UK (and Europe) to be TRUSTMARK registered and also boasts the following system accreditations, CE Marking, LABC and ISO 9001 registered.
Note:- The trustmark applies to the standard of their training. ie. Small groups allowing for individual attention etc.

Installation Guide App.
If you are worried that you might be out of your depth using fibreglass then worry no more. Cure-it have a fantastic app which you can download to your smart phone free of charge. The app will guide you step by step through the process of building a flat roof, covering it with fibreglass and creating a perfect finish. The app also comes with a ready reckoner which allows you to enter the roof measurements or the area size in square metres and it will calculate automatically all your fibreglass, OSB3 (decking) and tool quantities and needs etc. It even has a roof fall guide with a built in level. It couldn’t be simpler.
On your iPhone go to the App Store and search for ‘Cure it grp roofing system‘
You can also view the installation guide on their website. cureit.com/videoguides
Free Online Training ZOOM Courses
Our training courses in 2020 had to be cancelled due to the Covid and it looks as if this year is also a complete write off. It’s a pity because we are inundated with requests from people wishing to attend courses. In the meantime, to help out, Cure It have organised online training courses. You won’t get a Cert for attending but hopefully they should help.
Fibreglass Flat Roofing Courses.
We will be running day courses on fibreglass flat roof installation hopefully sometime in the new year in Cork and possibly Dublin where you can learn all you need to know about fibreglass and gain a recognised certificate proving that you are proficient and qualified to lay a fibreglass flat roof etc. The course will cost €280 and it is Vat Exempt. Group discounts of €25 per person are given. If you are interested please let us know as soon as possible as places are limited to six a day. You can contact me by return email or give me a ring on 087-2652348. The course will be run by Thomas Wilson of Cure-it.
As an added incentive you will get a 10% discount on your first order on the day which might even pay for your training. More

SUITABLE FOR USE IN TEMPERATURES DOWN TO ZERO CENTIGRADE.
Our range of Extra Cold resins and topcoats will provide the same performance as the standard Cure-It roofing system but at a much lower operating temperature between 10° and 0°C. Our new Extra Cold resin will cure when the resin, the boards and the ambient temperature are right down to 0°C. We have also adapted the handling characteristics so that the resin has the same feel as you would expect at 12°C. This means you can be confident of roofing right through the winter chill.
Technical Tip: It is good practice to keep the standard resins and topcoats warm the night before use. Sealed cans should be kept near a radiator if possible. The resin/topcoat will take a long time to lose the heat put into them and at low temperatures every degree helps to extend their usable temperature range.
